Bonum Bank Plc's Board of Directors' Report and Financial Statements for 2024 is published
Bonum Bank Plc has published its Board of Directors’ Report and Financial Statements for 2024, including the auditor's report. The report has been published as an xHTML file in accordance with the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements. The auditor KPMG have provided an independent auditor's reasonable assurance report on Bonum Bank’s ESEF Financial Statements. Additionally, Bonum Bank has published a Corporate Governance Statement for 2024.
The POP Bank Group has also published its Board of Directors’ Report and Financial Statements for 2024 as a pdf and xHTML format. This publication includes the auditor's report and a sustainability statement as part of the Board of Directors Report. The Sustainability statement has been prepared in accordance with the Finnish Accounting Act, the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) and Article 8 of the EU Taxonomy Regulation. The Sustainability statement has been assured by KPMG Oy Ab at the level of limited assurance. The assurance was performed in accordance with the International Standard on Assurance ISAE 3000 (Revised). The POP Bank Group has also published a Corporate Governance Statement and a Pillar III report for 2024.
