Bonum Bank Plc announces exercise of issuer call option on the EUR 30 million senior and unsecured notes
Bonum Bank Plc announces today that it will exercise its issuer call option (in full) in respect of its outstanding EUR 30 million senior and unsecured notes (ISIN: FI4000513403) issued on 16.11.2021 at face value on the optional redemption date 16.11.2024.
The statutory regulatory approval has been obtained to allow the issuer to exercise its call option and 100 per cent of the relevant proportion of the outstanding principal amount will be redeemed.
The redemption notice is available on the Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd.
